How do I prepare for the blood, urine and stool test?
The Comprehensive Kids test (83 test items) includes a stool test. We will send you a stool sample collection kit so that you can use it at your own convenience at home. Bring the sample when you go to the clinic
Fasting for 9-12 hours before the test
Drink water only during the fasting period
If you are on medication, please ask the doctor for the medication use during the fasting period
If you have add-on items, our Care Manager will remind you if there are additional preparations needed
Bring a valid HKID/Passport/identification document on the day of the test
How does the insurance claim work?
Depending on your insurance policy, you may be able to claim your health check. In general, the claim process works like this:
Check your personal or company health insurance policy document
Under "Benefit Schedule" section, there should be a quota for "Laboratory tests/diagnostic tests/health checks"
Pay, do the test and request an official receipt from our Care Manager
Afterwards, send or upload the receipt to your health insurance portal to claim
You can contact your insurance provider for more details on claim process, requirements or elligibility.
